• WATCHMAN ON THE WALLS INTERCESSORY MINISTRY INTL INCORPORATED is organized as an exempt organizations under Section 501 (c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

• The Ministry is permitted by law to solicit for funds for the purposes of executing it's main aims and objectives as stated below and any other incidental programs that will enhance its ministerial objectives.

• The purpose of this corporation is:
• 1. To organize and offer, intercessory prayer conferences, prayer seminars, prayer conventions, prayer vigils, and prayer crusades.
• 2. To assist Churches, Ministries, and Christians of all denominations to organize, train, and equip intercessory prayer volunteers.
• 3. To design, and maintain vibrant websites and social media tools for disseminating Christian revival & prayer materials.
• 4. To provide platforms for interactions between praying Christians.
• 5. To produce and publish books, audio, and video materials for prayer and revival research and education.
• 6. To conduct or sponsor research into achieving effectual fervent prayers, revival, and implement the results.
• 7. To raise funds and carry on any legal activity that will further the attainment of its main objectives.
